Book Description:

She tried to run, but she can't escape the other Mrs....

Sadie and Will Foust have only just moved their family from bustling Chicago to small-town Maine when their neighbor Morgan Baines is found dead in her home. The murder rocks their tiny coastal island, but no one is more shaken than Sadie.

But it’s not just Morgan’s death that has Sadie on edge. And as the eyes of suspicion turn toward the new family in town, Sadie is drawn deeper into the mystery of what really happened that dark and deadly night. Review:

This one was good but not favourite. I enjoy the authors writing style and the plot but I wasn't really a fan of any of the characters. I just didn't feel like the characters came to life for me and they weren't really likable characters. It is definitely a psychological thriller with some unexpected twists. I did find about three quarters through I had guessed where the story was heading. It did still keep me wondering if I would be right about it.  I give this book a 3 stars just because it didn't hold me throughout the whole journey. I have read a few of Mary Kubica's books and do look forward to the next one.
