The recipe section is packed with tasty easy recipes to get your body into fat burning mode. It is a sure fire way to start losing the weight and keeping it off. This is one book that you will want to keep handy. I have read it from front to back and then skipped around. So much information that one needs to have it handy for reference. I like that it is written for the average person, if you are new to eating healthy, supplements and working out don't fret you will be able to understand what it is you need to do to get on the right path for weight loss.
