Marvelous Menu November 3-9, 2012

Here I go again, trying to get back on my menu planning. This week I was lost at what we should make with really not much help from anyone on what they wanted for the week. I did get the kids to tell me Mini Pizza's.

Saturday - Mini pizza's and salad

Sunday - Pineapple meatballs, rice and veggies

Monday - Black Bean, sausage and sweet potato soup

Tuesday - Homemade Hamburger helper

Wednesday - Sloppy Joes, french fries and coleslaw

Thursday - Cheese and Onion waffles with Apple and onion salsa

Friday - Taco's

What is on your menu this week?

  4. sunday was beef/broccoli stir fry (banana bread for dessert)
sat was just broiled pork chops (cake for dessert)
fri was steaks with mushrooms and baked potato
thur was boneless pork ribs with fries (I do them up with lemon pepper spice and bread crumbs)
    wed was ground beef lasagna
    tue was breaded pork cutlets
I try to do up all my stuff on a sunday, do them all, freeze and mark them and then try to make it so that we don't eat pork two days in a row etc
the last time I did this I made up two chickens, we ate one and I froze the rest of the stuff
this weeks stuff will be a pizza pasta casserole (I'm a pinterest addict lol)
as well as so bbq ribs, a chick lasagna, more breaded pork cutlets, prob some pasta in there (I froze the chicken, broccli stuff to go ontop of the noodles)
