I recently had the opportunity to review Bakerella's Cake Pops book. This book is a must have for anyone wanting to make Cake Pops. It includes everything you will need to know about making these cute little treats. It starts off telling you in step-by-step instructions on how to make each cake balls, cake pops, cupcake pops and cupcake bites. A chapter on techniques again broken down into very easy steps, cake pop flavor combinations, how to create shapes, using candy coating, how to dip, and of course all the different decorative add-ons.
This books is full of information, and beautiful photos that will get you very excited to make your own cake pops. Don't fret if there are not perfect the first time around. It does take a little practice, from my experience but they look cute, taste great and are great conversation pieces at any function.
